Celtic v Lazio Team News
Celtic will be looking to continue their good form tonight when they face Lazio in the Europa League.

Celtic will be looking to continue their good form tonight when they face Lazio in the Europa League.

Neil Lennon 's side thrashed Ross County 6-0 in the Scottish Premiership at the weekend as they returned to the top of the table after Rangers could only manage a 1-1 draw with Hearts.

The reigning Scottish champions also sit atop their Europa League group after earning a draw and a win in their first two games.

Tonight's game is incredibly important to Celtic's hopes of qualification, with Lazio widely viewed as their strongest rivals in the group.

However, the Italian side's campaign got off to a rocky start with a 2-1 loss to Cluj, and they currently sit third.

With both clubs knowing how important a win is for their respective European campaigns, you can expect to see Neil Lennon opt for a strong starting XI.

Speaking in his pre-match press conference, Lennon gave an availability update on his squad.

"Tom Rogic was training today and should be fine," he said.

"Having Ryan Christie back is a big boost. He's had a very good season so far and is in contention for tomorrow.

"[Olivier] Ntcham is still unfit, we're hoping he'll be fit for the weekend."

Fraser Forster is expected to line up between the sticks while Christopher Jullien, Kristoffer Ajer and Boli Bolingoli-Mbombo should all retain their places in defence.

Right-back Jeremie Frimpong, who played in Celtic's previous league match, is not registered for the Europa League so Hatem Abd Elhamed is likely to replace him ahead of Moritz Bauer.

Lennon has already stated that captain Scott Brown will start and he will be joined in central midfield by Callum McGregor.

Christie, who is currently serving a domestic suspension, is also expected to return.

James Forrest is also expected to retain his place on the right.

Forward Odsonne Edouard will be looked at as the main source of goals.

Celtic predicted lineup vs Lazio: Forster; Elhamed, Jullien, Ajer, Bolingoli-Mbombo; Brown, McGregor; Forrest, Christie, Ellyounoussi; Edouard
