Patryk Klimala In A £3.5m Deal
Celtic boss Neil Lennon is a straight-shooter and isn't someone who likes to play games when it comes to transfers.

Celtic boss Neil Lennon is a straight-shooter and isn't someone who likes to play games when it comes to transfers.

The Hoops boss made it perfectly clear back in November at the club's AGM that he was searching for a striker to help support talisman Odsonne Edouard .

Leigh Griffiths and Vakoun Bayo's injuries have made a new forward a signing neccessity.

And that crystal clear message has had the club's supporters on tenterhooks ever since.

Slovan Bratislava striker Andraz Sporar was a target but the man Celtic are on the verge of signing Jagiellonia Bialystok forward Patryk Klimala in a £3.5m deal.

Video Highlights - Celtic 1 - 0 Zombies - Morelos Cant Score In A Brothel
Ten-man Celtic survived a Rangers onslaught - including a missed penalty - to clinch their fourth Scottish League Cup in a row and 10th consecutive domestic trophy.

Ten-man Celtic survived a Rangers onslaught - including a missed penalty - to clinch their fourth Scottish League Cup in a row and 10th consecutive domestic trophy.

Christopher Jullien slammed in the winner with Celtic's only shot on target, though the French defender appeared a yard offside.

But three minutes later in a frantic contest, Jeremie Frimpong was sent off after fouling Alfredo Morelos in the box, only for Fraser Forster to save the Colombian's penalty.

That was only one of a series of brilliant saves by the Celtic goalkeeper, who spectacularly denied Ryan Jack before the break as well as Morelos on three occasions.

The Rangers striker wasted a number of other opportunities including one in stoppage time as, despite finding the net 25 times this season, he remains without a goal against Celtic.

Neil Lennon's side demonstrated impressive resilience as they further burnish their dominance of Scottish football and are now 31 domestic cup matches unbeaten.

Green Brigade Statement
As an ultras group it is inevitable that we will occasionally court controversy or conflict be that through our style of support or indeed our political identity.

As an ultras group it is inevitable that we will occasionally court controversy or conflict be that through our style of support or indeed our political identity. In spite of this, for over ten years we have maintained a reasonable working relationship with the Club which usually manifests itself by way of regular meetings.

Unfortunately, this relationship broke down early in the season when we had the audacity to criticise the Celtic Board for a lack of investment. Although engagement has remained, it has been largely futile and undermined by a breakdown of trust.

NEW Celtic hero Mo Elyounoussi has revealed that Stuart Armstrong was pivotal to his loan move to Parkhead, writes Lindsay Herron.

The irony is that it seemed Armstrong couldn’t wait to get out of Parkhead and move to the Premier League.

He constantly stalled on a new Hoops deal and moved to Southampton for around £7million in the summer of 2018.

However, the Scotland star was gushing in his praise for his old club as he and Elyounoussi sat next to each other at the club’s Staplewood training base when news emerged that Neil Lennon was in the market.
